Welcome to the home of the Mead Mavericks Boosters.  We are a group of parent volunteers dedicated to enhancing the academic, fine arts, athletic, social and leadership experience of the students at Mead High School.  We appreciate your interest.

MAKE YOUR PLANS NOW. Set sail with your friends at the MHS After Prom. Our theme this year is “Seas The Night” and we’ve got a shipload of fun in store for everyone. Your cruise directors have set up a casino, obstacle course, hamster ball races, karaoke and lots more. And just like on any cruise, there will be plenty of fabulous food and beverages. This is a “not to be missed” event for MHS juniors and seniors and their dates. It will take place after the Prom from Midnight to 2:30 am. As in prior years, there will be prize tables for Juniors and Seniors with lots of fun and useful items. Remember that there is a free charter bus that will take you from the school to prom and back for the After Prom. You can sign up for the bus in the office. So plan to sail away into the early morning!

The Mead Mavericks Boosters are looking for two individuals to fill the spots of Vice President and Secretary.  You will be joining a seasoned team of parents who believe in supporting the staff, students and community at Mead High School.  Although very important, these positions do not require a lot of your time outside of meetings and putting together special events.  It is a very rewarding opportunity.  If you are interested and would like more details or would like to throw your hat into the ring, please contact the President at president@meadmavericksboosters.com.

The Mead Mavericks Boosters are looking for volunteers interested in being Concessions Team Leaders.  This is a fun opportunity and you get to work with some great groups at the school.  There are multiple opportunities that encompass a range of tasks.  For more information, please contact concessions@meadmavericksboosters.com.

After Prom is just a few weeks away.  The committee will soon be gearing up to sign up volunteers to assist with this great event.  Please keep an eye out for notices about these opportunities in the coming weeks.
