We are a 501c3 non-profit organization comprised of parents, staff, alumni and community members. Mead Mavericks Boosters, Inc. (MMBC) is the only All-Student All-School Organization at Mead High School. Our purpose is to support the entire student body without prejudice. We do this by promoting parent and community involvement and coordinating student, teacher and faculty needs using volunteer help and funding resources.
How is Money Raised?
Funds are raised through donations, fundraising activities and special events. Additionally, we sell concessions with a percentage of the proceeds going back to the Booster Club general fund that benefits your student.

We appreciate you! We are all here for the success of our children. Not only will you help our students have a more enjoyable and rewarding high school experience, but you will derive satisfaction in knowing you have enriched the Mead High School Community! Our primary focus is to minimize the amount of direct fundraising our students do. Not only are those fundraisers time consuming, the amount of money raised pales in comparison to what we can do collectively and creatively. Booster members interact with students and staff at MHS to figure out creative and fun ways to meet the needs of our school.
Meetings and announcements:
Meetings are scheduled on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm, September through May. Even if you can’t attend our meetings, you’ll receive our monthly newsletter and meeting minutes will be posted on the website.
There are many opportunities to volunteer with the Boosters. Volunteer for a few hours, a specific event or for the full year. Interested or want more information? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
